Are prices on the catalogues final?
Prices on the catalogues are only indicative and do not include customisation costs nor VAT. Flash Drives prices are valid for 5 days.
Is the whole product selection present on the website?
Our product range is updated constantly. Kindly contact us should you not find your required items (on the catalogue or website), so that we will help you further.
Customisation & Personalisation
If you would like a product to be custom-printed, engraved or otherwise, please send us your artwork in one of the following vectorised formats: eps, ai or PDF – by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with all text converted to outline. In your e-mail please indicate all the details required to personalise your products, including any print positions.
What happens if I don’t have the artwork in the above format?
We provide an artwork service – a quote will be provided on request.
Will you match the print colour to our brand guidelines?
In order to do so, will need to supply us with a pantone number. Every colour has a Pantone Matching System (PMS) reference number. This is a system used throughout the industry to ensure any printer can match colours specified by any designer. However, kindly note that the print colours can change their tone depending on the material being printed on.
Can we see actual samples of the products before we buy them?
Yes you can. Our samples policy is as follows:
- Plain samples can be supplied against the price marked on the catalogue
- Delivery options are as follows:
- Delivery in 3 working days for a charge of €45 (exc. VAT)
- Delivery in 7 working days for a charge of €25 (exc. VAT)
- Delivery in 3 weeks for a charge of €10 (exc. VAT)
- Delivery and sample costs are non-refundable
How long is the lead-time?
Our standard lead-time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks from mock-up approval. This can also be expedited for an extra charge (if the need arises). The lead-time will be stated beforehand and the products will be delivered to 1 address in the Maltese islands by our couriers (if opted to in the ordering stage). Delivery to a foreign address can also be made – a quote will be supplied on request.
How do I pay for the goods?
You may choose from any of the following methods: bank transfer, cash or cheque.
Will my privacy be protected?
The information stored or collected about you helps us improve our services according to your needs. Any entity requiring a quote or existing customer may be contacted regarding products and services related to any item of previous sale you requested from our website. We use your personal information to contact you to give you information relating to your orders with us, as this is mandatory in order for us to process and fulfil your order. Anyone who does not wish to give consent for our site or third party use has the opportunity to decline. Once we receive your withhold for consent we will remove your details from any mailing list or third party communications.
Will I receive an invoice?
An Order Form will be sent via email on confirmation of the order. A standard invoice will be issued once the goods are ready.
